This policy explains how Solo Print sp. z o.o. ("Solopack") processes the personal data of visitors to solopack.pl and how cookies are used on the site.

2. What data we process
When you use the contact form on the site, we process: your name, e-mail address, phone number, company name, the content of your message, and any files attached to your enquiry. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary for us to respond to your enquiry.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process this data in order to respond to your enquiry and prepare a commercial offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken prior to entering into a contract), and to handle ongoing correspondence, which constitutes our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention period
Data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and carry out any resulting cooperation, and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting regulations or until any claims arising from the correspondence become time-barred.
5. Recipients of data
Data may be entrusted to providers of hosting, IT and mail-handling services acting on our behalf, strictly to the extent necessary for those services, under data-processing agreements. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, request its erasure or restriction, request data portability, and object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
