These terms and conditions govern the use of the solopack.pl website, operated by Solo Print sp. z o.o.
1. General provisions
The owner and operator of the solopack.pl website (the "Site") is Solo Print spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Podolszyn Nowy, ul. Złota 51, 05-090 Podolszyn Nowy, Poland, KRS 0000573766, NIP 5223037534, REGON 362443955 ("Solopack").
2. Nature of the Site
The Site is informational in nature and presents Solopack's product range, production facilities and contact details. Content on the Site, including product descriptions and visualisations, is illustrative and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code. Specific terms of cooperation are agreed individually through direct business contact.
3. Use of the Site
Use of the Site is free of charge and does not require registration. Users agree to use the Site lawfully, in accordance with good practice and these terms, and not to take any action that could disrupt the proper functioning of the Site.
4. Intellectual property
All rights to content published on the Site — including text, graphics, photographs, trademarks and layout — belong to Solopack or are used with the rightsholders' permission. Copying, distributing or otherwise using this content for commercial purposes without Solopack's written consent is prohibited.
5. Liability
Solopack takes care to ensure the information on the Site is accurate and up to date, but accepts no liability for any technical inaccuracies or interruptions in the Site's availability arising from causes beyond its control.
6. Contact form
Submitting a message via the contact form constitutes acceptance of these terms. The rules governing the data submitted through the form are described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy.
7. Governing law and final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law. Solopack reserves the right to amend these terms; changes take effect upon publication on the Site. Any questions regarding these terms may be sent to info@solopack.pl.
